Building Permits

Building Permits are required for any person within the Village or within a one mile radius of the Village desiring to construct, enlarge, demolish or relocate any building or dwelling, or install a fence.  Before work can be started a permit must be obtained and approved by the Zoning Administrator.  

The Zoning Administrator is responsible for:

• Issuing building permits
• Working directly with the Planning and Zoning Commission
